Wanting to “get back to basics” after 30 odd years in graphic design, I began painting again out of a tiny, self-built studio in the backyard of my home.
From there I painted in my spare time, and later starting entering and selling my artworks in local art shows, and in 2021 won the major prize of Most Outstanding Work in the City of Joondalup Community Art Exhibition.
In 2023 I moved to the small country town of Capel, where I have built a much larger studio to focus on painting, as well as provide a space for workshops and other artistic uses.
